If you have family and friends interested in pursuing a career in nursing, this is a fantastic opportunity for them to explore various nursing roles at our Delaware Psychiatric Center location.

How to Refer:

1. Share the details of the Nursing Career Fair
2. Encourage them to attend the event and mention your name during registration. An application must be completed prior to the event.

*Referral bonuses of $1,000 are available to current DHSS employees who refer new hires to the state in the following classifications: Advanced Practice Nurse, Nurse Consultant, Nursing Supervisor, Compliance Nurse, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Certified Nursing Assistant.
