Coloring For Your Mental Health!

Coloring isn't just for kids anymore! More and more adults are using the popular childhood activity to alleviate stress and anxiety. According to The Mayo Clinic, coloring is a great way to practice mindfulness because you are focusing on the task at hand and staying in the moment.

Lots of coloring pages include a lot of details or subjects to color, so it is easy to go at your own pace and color a little each time.

The DHSS Library has created TWO free DHSS-customized coloring books available to download and print.
Grab some colored pencils/markers/crayons/pens, and start coloring TODAY!
