AROMATHERAPY
Essential oils can make a positive impact on your health and well-being as long as they are used safely.
NOTE: There's not enough scientific research to prove the effectiveness of essential oils on human health and, because they are not regulated with the FDA, they should not be ingested.
According to Johns Hopkins, DO NOT USE essential oil diffusers or appliances that create scented vapor: "diffusion in a public area or household with multiple members can affect people differently" (Johns Hopkins).
The safest ways to use essential oils:
Aromatherapy accessories (bracelets, keychains, etc.)
Body oil (dilute with cream or coconut oil - avoid using the oil directly on the skin)
Aroma stick
