28th Annual Diabetes Update Symposium

Saturday, March 9, 2024

John H. Ammon Education Center, ChristianaCare Newark

(Light breakfast and lunch will be included)

PURPOSE:

This live symposium is designed to provide an update on diabetes and co-morbidities,  reinforcing the importance of early diagnosis, recent advances in treatment and to meet  identified needs of diabetes clinicians in this area. 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Primary Care Physicians, Specialty Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, all healthcare professionals.

CONTINUING EDUCATION:
4.75 CME credits and ABIM MOC credits will be awarded
