How do I forward my work phone to another phone (mobile or landline)?

• On your work phone dial *2
• Enter the 10 digit phone number you want to forward calls to (remember to add 9 first if it is an outside number)
• Listen for 2-3 quick beeps to verify it worked
• To undo, dial #2 on your work phone

How do I check my voice mail from another phone?

• Call 302-255-2999 and enter your phone extension and password.

OR

• Dial your work number with area code
• Once connected and you hear your name, press *
• Once you hear, “Please enter extension” press #
• It will then ask, “Please enter your mailbox #” then enter 59122
• Then enter password and # when asked
