Three webinars that cover core competencies for library directors, including ibrary finances, trustee and director roles/relationships, personnel, legal issues, building upkeep, and the different types of insurance needed, .

Provides leadership guidance focused on self-awareness, customer responsiveness, creating a clear vision of the future, identifying potential changes and embracing the opportunities they present, empowering self and others, building strategic relationships, and creating a bias for action.

Works with students, faculty, alumni, and the executive community to create conditions for people to become gender savvy, enabling women to have more confidence and competence in achieving their goals and men to have greater understanding of how and why to support women.
