DOWNLOAD & INSTALL ZOOM
Users who have not previously installed the Zoom plug-in will be prompted to download and install the software upon clicking a Zoom meeting invitation link.

Most users should download "Zoom Client for Meetings" unless otherwise instructed.
For the Android or iOS clients, please search for "Zoom" in the Google Play Store or the App Store on your device.
CONNECTING TO ZOOM
You will be provided with a URL, usually something like:
https://us02web.zoom.us/j/216247059
This may have been provided in the form of an email invitation similar to the one shown below.
OPEN ZOOM MEETINGS
The URL will lead you to this Zoom page which should prompt you to open and/or download Zoom.
ZOOM HOME SCREEN
Once your host arrives you will automatically be moved to the meeting Home Screen. Depending on your meeting, this may show:
