Federally Qualified Health Centers offer services for those insured, underinsured and unisured. Fees are charged on a sliding scale basis. This website helps you find the center closest to you.

La Red Health Center has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home. They offer a wide range of patient centered health & social services including: Pediatric and Adolescent Services, Adult and Senior Services, Screening Services, Behavioral Health for Children & Adults, Oral Health Services for Children & Adults, Women’s Health Services and Other Services Available that include Medicaid Eligibility & Enrollment. They have convenient payment methods through insurance plans and offer services to uninsured individuals who qualify for discounted fees based on a sliding scale fee schedule. Centers are located in Georgetown, Seaford and Milford, Delaware.

Delaware Cancer Consortium in partnership with the Division of Public Healthy have set up a website that has all information needed about prevention, testing, and treatment of chronic disease. 

Determines eligibility for and provides a link to low-cost or no-cost medical care through statewide community health centers, the Voluntary Initiative Program (VIP) and hospitals throughout Delaware.

The Division offers a continuum of Crisis Intervention Services. These services are located throughout the State in the Crisis Intervention Service Centers, the Community Mental Health Centers, the Recovery Response Center and Emergency Rooms. Crisis Intervention Service (CIS) staff are available 24 hours a day to assist people, 18 years and older, with severe personal, family or marital problems. These problems may include depression, major life changes such as unemployment or loss of an important relationship, anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, thoughts of suicide, delusions, paranoia and substance abuse.
