Delaware's Law Libraries

The three Delaware Law Libraries are located in the courthouse for each county:

Available resources at law libraries include:

  1. The Delaware Code.
  2. Delaware Corporation Law treatises.
  3. Westlaw, HeinOnline, and Lexis computer terminals. Westlaw includes a robust collection of secondary materials as well as primary sources. The information in Lexis and HeinOnline is mostly from primary sources.
  4. A limited selection of Spanish-language resources, which include court-created forms (available online) and Spanish-English Law Dictionaries.
