Delaware's Community-Based System of Care
Delaware's system of care is a comprehensive, integrated recovery approach to working with people diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and sometimes a co-occurring substance use problem. By partnering with those using the service, provider staff help individuals to identify goals that are meaningful to the client in his/her recovery.
International Association of Peer Supporters iNAPS
A non-profit organization dedicated to growing the peer support movement worldwide. Includes free webinars, guidelines, and training manuals for peer support providers.
WHAM - Whole Health Action Management, peer support training
A training program and peer support group model developed by the SAMHSA-HRSA Center for Integrated Health Solutions to encourage increased resiliency, wellness, and self-management of health and behavioral health among people with mental illnesses and substance abuse disorders.
