Adaptability ranked #11 out of 60 topics staff would like training in.  It was not identified as an urgent training need. 35% (45) of respondents indicated they would like training at the Beginner level, 27% (35) would like training at the Intermediate level, and 38% (48) would like training at the Advanced level.
